Return Policy

For any unsatisfactory and quality related issues regarding to HolidayPop items and your purchase, you must return within the immediate 30 days. A full refund will be offered if the returned items is in new and/or its original condition upon opening and receiving. If you receive any damaged items, please reach HolidayPop at holidaypopcards@gmail.com with pictures of damages or issues for any requests of redemption. 

Items for returning must be mailed in a packaged envelope or box, depending on the size and quantity of items, with package slip. Please include and enclose a note with your name, billing-address, and purchase date if returning without a package slip. Responsibility of shipping payments is yours.

Order Cancellation Policy

HolidayPop's mission is to fulfill your order as soon as possible thus once items are shipping to your address, HolidayPop can not guarantee a complete order cancellation. Please see HolidayPop return policy if a return is necessary.
